Upgrading, downgrading, and cancelling
You manage your plan from Project Settings.- Upgrade at any time — changes take effect immediately.
- Downgrade or cancel — takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then, and your project data (prompts, competitors, history) stays in place.
- After cancellation, your account returns to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is deleted.
- Web subscriptions (signed up at citdhq.com) are billed via Razorpay.
- Shopify-store subscriptions (installed via the Shopify App Store) are billed via Shopify billing.
All plans include unlimited users — you can add your whole team at no extra cost, regardless of tier.
