# Plans

> Citd pricing, plan comparison, and guidance on choosing the right tier.

Citd has four plan tiers: **Free**, **Starter**, **Growth**, and **Managed** (enterprise). Here is what each one includes.

## Which plan is right for me?

Not sure where to start? Here is a quick guide by situation.

    Start with **Free**. You get weekly ChatGPT tracking across 5 prompts and the core Overview, Prompts, Sources, and Competitors views. It is the fastest way to establish a baseline before investing in paid features.

    Good for: solo founders, early-stage brands, teams evaluating Citd before committing.

  <Accordion title="I need to understand why I'm not appearing — and fix it">
    Move to **Starter**. You get daily tracking, 50 prompts, Gemini coverage, Analysis diagnostics, Actions, and AI Feed article publishing. This is the full workflow for brands actively working to improve their AI visibility.

    Good for: marketing managers, growth teams, and Shopify stores that want to move beyond observation into action.

    **Growth** gives you 150 prompts, 250 product updates per month, and 30 AI Feed articles — enough headroom for stores with large catalogs, multiple categories, or a content-heavy GEO strategy.

    Good for: mid-size retailers, brands with deep product lines, and teams running regular content programs.

    Good for: agencies, brands with multiple storefronts, and enterprise teams with compliance requirements.

## Upgrading, downgrading, and cancelling

You manage your plan from [Project Settings](/features/project-settings).

* **Upgrade** at any time — changes take effect immediately.
* **Downgrade or cancel** — takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then, and your project data (prompts, competitors, history) stays in place.
* After cancellation, your account returns to the **Free** plan automatically. Nothing is deleted.

**Billing by platform:**

* Web subscriptions (signed up at citdhq.com) are billed via **Razorpay**.
* Shopify-store subscriptions (installed via the Shopify App Store) are billed via **Shopify billing**.
